Return window
You may request a return within 30 days after your order is delivered.
Return eligibility
Items must be unused, unworn, unaltered, and in their original packaging. For hygiene reasons, press-on nails that have been opened, applied, worn, or otherwise used cannot be returned. Custom or personalized products, gift cards, and Final Sale items are not eligible.
Starting a return
Contact us before sending an item back. Include your order information and reason for the request. Returns sent without authorization may not be accepted.
After authorization, returns should be sent to: NUVORY MARKET, Ahead Laax INC, 3132 N 32ND ST APT 204, Phoenix, AZ 85018, United States.
Customers are responsible for change-of-mind return shipping. If the wrong item was sent or an item arrived damaged or defective, NUVORY MARKET will provide the approved resolution and related return-shipping instructions.
Damaged, incorrect, or missing items
Contact us within 7 days after delivery and include the order number and clear photographs.
Refunds
After an approved return is received and inspected, an eligible refund is issued to the original payment method. Allow 5–10 business days for processing; your payment provider may need additional time.
Cancellations
You may request cancellation before shipment. Cancellation is not guaranteed after fulfillment begins.
